Services

Aside from providing and serving delicious food, Stashs Catering offers the following event planning services that encompass all aspects of organizing a party or other celebration: menu design, venue selection, equipment rental, equipment set-up and take-down, and full party service. Stashs offers two types of catering: self-serve buffets and food stations with servers. Stashs Catering is located in Highland Park but is also proud to serve the greater Chicagoland area, including Deerfield, Glencoe, Glenview, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Northbrook, Northfield and Winnetka, in addition to Indiana and Milwaukee.

Though Stashs specializes in catering Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs (with the option of having kosher food), it is the perfect choice for any size and type of event. For smaller, more casual get-togethers, such as birthday parties, corporate meetings, or school club events, Stashs offers a variety of heavenly appetizers and light dishes. You can never go wrong with authentic Italian-tasting pasta and pizza! For bigger or more fancy events, you may opt to have several courses, including yummy entrees with all the accompanying accoutrements. Stashs is also happy to cater outdoor events, including barbecues.

Having a themed party? Perfect! Stashs Catering offers traditional food from various cultures around the world, including Italian, Mexican, Southern and all-American dishes.

The first step in planning an event with Stashs is a personal sit-down meeting with Bobby, in which you will discuss the type of event to be planned and specific food services that will be required. With almost 50 years of experience under his belt, Bobby will work with you and help you decide what kind of food is appropriate for your event, how much will be needed and how the food will be presented and served. Together, you and Bobby will craft a unique menu that conforms to the specific requirements of your event. You will also have the opportunity to sample some of Stashs mouthwatering menu items in order to help you decide what delectable dishes to serve at your event.

Stashs can help you decide on a suitable venue for your event. Choose from one of the venues that Stashs is already associated with, such as the Highland Park Country Club, the Highland Park Community House, the Recreation Center of Highland Park, and the Kenilworth Club, or pick another venue. Whether you select a banquet hall, a synagogue, or even your own backyard, Stashs will bring everything you need for the perfect catering event right to you. We offer everything you need to create that special party ambiance, including tents, inflatables, tables and chairs, complete place settings with tablecloths, table centerpieces and other decorations.

Should you decide to use servers during your food event, Stashs provides a friendly staff of qualified serving professionals who ensure flawless execution of the meal. They are responsible for presenting the food attractively and serving it in a timely and orderly fashion. If alcohol will be served at your event, Stashs offers full bar-tending service. However, Stashs does not provide alcoholic drinks (though we provide other beverages), as we have found that it is in our customer’s best monetary interest to provide their own liquor.
